    i finally found a hotel that i would definitely come back to when i visit melbourne next time. The location is perfect, it's all within walking distance around the CBD. Gym has all the facilities needed, breakfast was amazing too.

    Staff were friendly and let us have early room check in which was greatly appreciated. Got drink vouchers too so that was added bonus.

    The room itself was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job cleaning every single day without fail. Room service was also great. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was below average. When we arrived, there was absolutely no greeting or acknowledgement we felt invisible, almost like ghosts. One receptionist seemed preoccupied with her phone, and even when she hung up, she completely ignored us until we actively approached her. Furthermore, management needs to reconsider your early check-in policy. We booked a 7-day stay at your hotel,Charging guests an extra fee for arriving a mere 1.5 hours early feels incredibly greedy and transactional. We paid the fee to avoid waiting around, but it left a terrible impression. For a 7 day booking, management should focus on hospitality instead of nickel-and-diming guests over a short arrival window.
