Good location, bath tub.
Felt like the standard had slipped a little from previous stays 5+ years ago. Minor things like mould around bathroom sink and wanting a fee and service charge for a small jug of milk for tea. This was free on my previous visits. Fair enough at a budget hotel but I think it’s a reasonable request at a luxury hotel.
Pool and spa facilities closed but this was only disclosed after my non refundable booking was made.

Spacious, with great river views.
Lobby and rooms furniture feeling dated. On arrival lobby was very hot. Check in and check out took way to long well over an hour in total way below my expectations. Also was double charged for room.
