Location was excellent. Everything was in walking distance, this included, theatres, restaurants, shopping, trams, train station, botanic gardens, river. I would definitely stay here again for the amazing location. The apartment was very spacious, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay.

There was an issue with our bathroom door being locked and the staff were extremely helpful in fixing the issue and giving us a bottle of wine and late checkout. Love this place and will definitely stay again.
Will be great when the second lift is fixed.

Spacious, convenient location, staff were lovely and liked the 24 hour access to information at the desk , with staff
