Very responsive host. Although when we arranged to drop our luggage off early at the restaurant next store they want us to leave them in the basement where anyone could come by. So we decided to just eat and wait for the room to be ready. Room is just like the picture shows very clean and beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Only thing we found odd was there was a mandatory cleaning time window that we had to be out of the room and when they came in the room to clean, they tidied up our belongings (like our clothes etc). Much more than any other place we’ve ever stayed. The subway is about a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast is a coupon for a pastry at a nearby restaurant.

We stayed here twice...at the beginning of the vacation then 10 days later as we left Rome. Perfect for the convenience and only 20 minutes from Roma Termini.

Paolo is an amazing host. We plan to be back soon.! And the bedroom and bathroom are amazingly clean...and there is A/C and Wifi.

The room was adequate but not what we were expecting or needed. Absolutely no accommodations for people with accessible needs. Check in worked, but not the easiest we’ve ever had. I probably should have used a hotel as this Airbnb was not what we needed.
