I made this reservation for my father while he was on a travel, everything was nice, great view and excelent atention where his words , we have cero issues ussing the app , check in , check out

Terrible, gave me a "bait and switch". I reserved with Hotels.com for a standard room for $752 pesos/night. When I got there they told me there was no more standard rooms and gave me a King for $1,000 pesos. City was a super crouded, couldn't look around for another hotel. So, I bargained down to $900 pesos. He INSISTED ON CASH !!! No check-in no registration. I HAD A RESERVATION FOR $752 PESOS !! Room had no telefone, no outlets near bed, ceiling lights were not working.
