    Amazing service, very well designed rooms, has everything that you need. We stayed in the 2 bedroom which was fantastic.

    Long walk to main resort restaurants for meals and activities. Ski lockers abit small even for a 2 bed unit that we booked with no heating to dry out ski gears. Direct access and walk to chair lift for easy assess. Good to have free shuttle to send us for grocery runs and restaurants around the hotel.

    Only after I booked the Vale was it made known that no facilities would be open, not even a cafe or the onsen. I only saw one front desk staff when I checked in and checked out, nobody answered the phone. I can deal with all those parts and be self-sufficient. But my east-facing room with blackout curtains was an oven by 8am (bed is right next to the floor to ceiling windows) and there was no A/C to help. The room size was great and kitchen was well-stocked. But I would def not come back here, even during high season as it’s not ski-in/ski-out and the gigantic parking lot is terrible view from the room.
