It will be thrice as expensive in winter so very good value in the summer. Very clean modern and luxurious. If it has its own onsen, it will be better as there are many people sharing the onsen from Rusutsu resort.

Lovely appointed hotel, right on the ski field. Comfortable room and close to all amenities. A short walk to 711 and restaurants down the road.

Amazing service, very well designed rooms, has everything that you need. We stayed in the 2 bedroom which was fantastic.

Only after I booked the Vale was it made known that no facilities would be open, not even a cafe or the onsen. I only saw one front desk staff when I checked in and checked out, nobody answered the phone. I can deal with all those parts and be self-sufficient.
But my east-facing room with blackout curtains was an oven by 8am (bed is right next to the floor to ceiling windows) and there was no A/C to help.
The room size was great and kitchen was well-stocked. But I would def not come back here, even during high season as it’s not ski-in/ski-out and the gigantic parking lot is terrible view from the room.
