    the hotel is not well maintained and the facilities are worn out, especially the swimming pool.

    This place is super child friendly. Plenty activities and space for children to play. The buffet dinner and breakfast was excellent. The beef was cook to perfection for dinner. Amenities are also child friendly and one section of the buffet was at young children's height. Onsen was superb with different temperature. There are outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Water temperature is warm.

    We stayed at a family room with 2 western beds and 2 futons. The room was good and spacious. Room toilet was extremely small, though there basically is a wonderful onsen and public bath where we bathed. Nice outdoor pool albeit it was too cold for us. The indoor swimming pool which u can use with swimming attire is 36 degrees so as relaxing as the onsen. Nice kids play area with rock climbing wall which my kids enjoyed.

    strict breakfast timing that start at 7.30am and end at 9am which is only 1.5 hours duration whereby this is a kids friendly resort but this arrangement is definitely not family friendly. They have a lot of tours group as well. breakfast and dinner almost everyday also same thing. toilet is very small though.
