    The staff was very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed. The hotel is at the main public transportation line and easy to access everywhere in a giant city like Istanbul

    Nice, clean, and centrally located. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. It’s on a bit of a noisy street, but that’s Kadıköy for you! Overall a great stay and excellent value for the money. Would recommend!

    The Hotel Manager was extremely rude and intentionally turned off our air-conditioning. When we called for help, they completely ignored us and refused to provide any assistance. They even forced us to leave the hotel without any refund. The Manager used vulgar and offensive language, and aggressively chased us — including my baby in a stroller — all the way from the lobby to the roadside. This was a horrifying and unacceptable experience. Please DO NOT stay here. The management clearly lacks basic respect, professionalism, and customer service.
