    I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel during my stay. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, with dust in several areas and the bathroom needing much more attention. Old towels, the bedsheet & pillow has visible stains which affected the overall experience. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, so I hope the management improves its housekeeping standards. The room was small and no space to perform solat for muslim. They provided iron, shower gel & shampoo, and water dispenser outside the room. The location is convenient since it located near the ECO Shop & many restaurants in walking distance. Free parking space also provided. Overall it is worth with the price, but only suitable for backpackers & family with small numbers.

    Utk muslim yang mementingkan ruang solat, sangat tidak disarankan menginap di sini. Sempit dan kiblat mengadap tandas. Sepatutnya perkara utama ini perlu diambil perhatian terutama di negeri yang kefahaman islam nya kuat

    the unit for queen bed at level one and single room at level 2. it okay for solo or young couple. but not recommended for family with adolescents or older people.. the staircase quite steep and hazardous

    1. they refused to cleaning the room. If we stay for 3 days then they will do cleaning. Nonsence 2. Very bad cleanlines 3. TV nof functioning 4. Mattress spolied
