As an international student at UMT I have occasionally stayed at Marmoris House many time over the last three years. Conditions have yet to improve. The rooms are dusty, bed sheets dirty, bathrooms wet and moldy, and facilities like the shower barely working.

The location and room is quite nice, it is just the room condition is quite bad. My bed got ants issue, already complaint twice and they already change the bedsheet, but next morning when I wake up got ants in my bed. I think already got ant nest in the matress. The curtain, I dont know when is the last time they wash, it feels and look very dirty which also feels the same with the air in the room. I also think they need to change the carpet, like i said in the title need renovation ASAP. Then the toilet, always clogged. If you just take a bath, then immediately the next person need to take a bath while the bathroom are already clogged up, so your feet end up still dirty. Then also there is leakage in the bidet. Yeah there just so many issue, especially on the cleanliness, but i think the problem is because the building is already too old.

Still need to buy 3in1 sachets, body wash, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. A bit suprised there was a mini fridge for the price. Other than that all was okay. Lots of sockets to use and are placed conveniently.
