Shuttle svs is provided to/from hotel to Kawaguchiko station/Fujikyu Highland station which is very helpful. Do take note need to call the hotel to arrange pickup from station. The Tourist Promo Board can assist to call but they close at 5pm. Hence will need to use public phone to call hotel.
Very helpful and courteous staff n driver. The onsen is also very clean.

The location is superb, offering easy access to transport, shopping, and walkable areas complemented by reliable Wi-Fi and well- maintained amenities. Cleanliness and staff service were outstanding, contributing to a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Facilities met all needs effectively, making the overall stay highly satisfying and worth the value.

The public onsen bath at level 1 is extremely dirty. I saw hair, dead skin and unknown dirt floating on the water.. I quickly get out and took another shower again.
The outdoor onsen is much cleaner as lesser tourists will chose it.
