Very accommodating! Great customer service! Breakfast was really good and we were located in a very great area with lots to do nearby!

The staff was friendly and professional. We had an issue when someone opened the door to our room on our second night, but the front desk and manager heard our complaint and compensated us, while assuring us that it would be addressed, as it appeared to be an employee entering the wrong room. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and being eco-friendly is a plus. The location is good for seeing all parts of Philadelphia.

A lovely location and helpful staff. Having in building laundry was a huge plus!
However the noise of traffic we could hear from our room was a huge downside and something potential clients should keep in mind when choosing this location.
