    Just the wifi is so slow and the aircon is not cold enough for the rolm

    The location is difficult to find especially if you’re first timer in Hong Kong. We booked two family rooms and situated in the 6F. The other room is suffocating and only using air cooler only. There’s also unpleasant smell including the beddings. Pictures don’t match the actual.

    Booked for 1 night and that was enough! Staff didn't communicate how to check in and I had to end up using what's app to message the contact number to see how to check in and you have to check in using the booking number on a machine on the 4th floor. The room had a foul sewage smell and luckily I only booked it for 1 night. I couldn't stand the smell and wanted to get out as soon as possible. It's only a place just to sleep and leave, this is not a long term stay. The only positive is the location that's all. I booked a quad room and there wasn't even enough space for 1 person to stand in the room never mind having luggage.
