    Overall, we had a good and pleasant stay at The Five Danang, and for now, I would rate our experience 4/5. The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and especially suitable for guests looking for a quiet and relaxing place away from the busy areas of Danang. I would especially like to compliment the housekeeping and maintenance team. They were very attentive and always responded to our requests promptly. Even with our food-related requests, the staff were accommodating and helpful, which we truly appreciated. The main downside is the location, as the property is a little far from the main city and some popular areas of Danang. Considering its location, I hope the management can consider offering more competitive room rates. Complimentary drinking water is also limited, which can be inconvenient, especially for guests staying for several nights. We stayed for 7 nights, and having unlimited drinking water would have been a much-appreciated inclusion. The food was just so-so and, in our opinion, nothing particularly special in terms of preparation and taste. I believe the restaurant could improve both the quality and variety of its food, especially by offering more menu options suitable for foreign guests. Another area that needs improvement is emergency assistance. During our stay, we experienced a food poisoning emergency after eating at a food stall in Danang. When we asked the hotel for assistance, unfortunately, there was no clinic or medical representative available to attend to us. Having basic medical assistance, a clinic, or a reliable emergency medical contact would provide guests with greater peace of mind. Despite these concerns, we truly appreciated the excellent service and attentiveness of the staff, particularly the housekeeping and maintenance teams. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay in Danang, I would recommend The Five Danang. For now, I would give them 4/5, but I believe there is still room for improvement if they want to achieve the level of service and recognition expected from a true 5-star villa. Improving the food and menu, drinking water provisions, pricing, and emergency medical assistance would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and help the property reach that standard.

    We had a great time at the five villas. The house is in great condition. Big and spacious. Breakfast is really good! compared to other hotels in Vietnam. The only down side is: 1. No GYM (had to pay to get to the neighboring hotel). 2. Some construction near by. Not dramatic 3. Staff is good but not as welcoming as in other hotels in Vietnam. 4. Some pitty things, e.g. had to pay 50K VND cause of lost room card. Never had such an experience in any hotel in the world! also that's such a small fee compared to their 10M+ VND per night fee that it just leaves an un necessary bad taste when you check out.

    The villa with 5 bedrooms is nice for group travellers. We really enjoy our stay here. The staff are all very polite and helpful. The front desk offered WhatsApp contact so we can ask and request anything during our stay. 5 mins walk from our villa to the beach. As here is a bit distance from the busy area, the beach here is more chill and relaxing. Although there are no convenience store or market near the villa, using grab to order things is also convenient enough. The bathroom is with nice shampoo and amenities. Yet, there is water leaking after shower. Maybe the plastic on the shower door is not working well. But that’s not a really big issue. There are two hair dryers are burnt out or malfunctioned. We requested replacement for that. The replaced hair dryer is way better! Overall, we really enjoy our stay here in the villa.

    Staff and other guests can freely walk into your backyard or take pictures of you in your villa given the design of the villa; staff also sit in front of your villa to enjoy their fruits and look through the windows (no curtains) into your villa 2 bedroom villa is actually the 3 bedroom one but they lock up 1 room, unpleasant experience as you won’t know what’s in that locked room
