    This hotel is full of business travelers from China mainly and a small portion of Korean. One suggestion is probably need to reconsider the location of the smoking area as now clusters at the one and only main entrance so you cant avoid 2nd hand smoke from these business travelers. Location is ideal as within 15min walking distance, you can find convenient stores, many restaurants and 1 shopping mall. In addition, grab is very reasonable in Bac Ninh as well so this is a plus for this hotel. Facilities is good as it comes with gym and a heated pool. The pool shape like a J so it is more leisure and difficult if one wanted to have continuous laps swim. Hotel remain clean but housekeeping can be improved. Towels and bath robe are not properly arrange, I stepped on a big toe thumb that camouflage by the carpet and I ponder is the bedsheet being changed daily too. The reception staffs are friendly and professional except the arranged airport transfer is close to 2x that we paid for as compare to from airport to this hotel. The main unpleasant encounter was during breakfast as I like to hold my wife hands whenever we together and the staffs joke in vietnamese among the colleagues that I am afraid my wife going to runaway, unfortunately, my wife know Vietnamese.

    Overall room, hotel and amenities were quite nice. Nothing much to see around here, but it's expected since Bac Ninh is not a city area. There is a convenience store at the back of the hotel. The key cards had an issue - 2 key cards couldn't work at the same time. It was such a hassle because everytime I need to go to my room, I need to go all the way to the lobby to re-validate it again. It was so frustrating because I had to attend a business meeting that day. The staff only managed to fix this issue on my 2nd day there
