There was no pool at this hotel.
Although it said that breakfast was available, we didn’t see any place to get food.
I think you have to ask to have the room cleaned and fresh towels daily.
We left one night early due to the flooding and the owner got a boat and paid for it so we could get out which was really appreciated.
They even brought us some beer to drink while we were stuck in the room which was nice because they couldn’t get the tv to work.
Overall, it was ok for the price (even though we did not get a refund for the last night, and we were charged for the water in the room while we were stuck in there due to the flood)

This property looks brand new and is in perfect condition. My wife and I stayed here February 2025 had a really good experience. everything is within walking distance right outside your hotel.
Hoi An is the most incredible little time with bustling night life.

There is no elevator so you need to carry suitcase up. The location was excellent as it was near the market and river where the lanterns are. Many restaurants and shops walking distance. The price was great for the quality of motel. The rooms were large and clean and modern.
