The room was a nice size, clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was very nice. Unfortunately we had multiple issues with our door lock/key that took some time to resolve. We also found that the front desk was not consistently attended, and no suggestions were offered for attractions/restaurants in our area.

This is a very functional hotel at a cheap price. Its best feature is its location, so close to Ancient Town, night market, the river and lanterns and a multitude of tailors.
The room was clean, we had a room with 2 queen beds and a bathroom, with balcony. It was very good for the price.
The only downside to this place is there is no lift, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs

Tap was not attached to the counter. No where to sit on the balcony. But the beds were comfy. And the location was spectacular

There is no elevator so you need to carry suitcase up. The location was excellent as it was near the market and river where the lanterns are. Many restaurants and shops walking distance. The price was great for the quality of motel. The rooms were large and clean and modern.
