I've been to this hotel/motel numerous of times when my girlfriend was homeless and she was staying here with her boyfriend. I definitely loved her room she had that was given to her but it was only given to her due to her stay being over a week with them and she had a master bedroom with a sphere bedroom and a master bathroom with a toilet and sink in a separate divider room. The T.V. Was hunungus and then when I come to stay there being a new yet stranger to them, I was given a single person room but I def would of loved to be in the room my gf was in just her paying only *** deposit her being there 8 nights so far and my first night I had to pay *** plus $50 deposit. Didn't make sense at all. Anyways the staff were incredibly nice, kind and very welcoming. The rooms there are def really really nice almost like the 70's the whole place is like. There's an ancient car from the 30's maybe 20's possibly in the lobby which is pretty cool. Scale of 1-10 rate of recommendation for someone to stay there is a 7 and lock your car doors because there are a bunch of black guys walking around asking for a cigarette but if u don't have one they still stand there. It scared me a bit. If I did have a smoke and gave it to him, I wonder if he still would of stood there. I don't know but walk straight inside and fast cuz they are quick to stop you without giving them something meaning money, cigarettes or something in value to help them saying there cold and hungry even myself can tell their ok and not whst they accommodate themselves of being. Be wise and be careful and try to stay inside after dark of possible so you don't have any issues

We enjoyed our stay there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, with amenities. Lobby had a Model T Ford on display! Restaurant conveniently across the street with good food. The price was right too.

I should have expected as much from the price but the photos on the website looked nice. I hate leaving a bad review. I don't imagine all their rooms are this bad but our room was tiny, there was barely a foot between the end of the bed and the wall. We did not have a refrigerator even though we were supposed to. The worst part was the bathroom. It was very neglected looking and I would not have stepped foot in the bath/shower even if I was getting payed.
