The apartment is well-equipped, with comfortable beds, clean, and easy access. It's close to public transportation. Minor inconveniences include the sound of motorcycles at night and the clatter of doors closing in other apartments in the morning.

This is a great little spot close to everything. You can walk to multiple restaurants, bars and a Walgreens close by or a short Uber ride to Calle Ocho, Bayside or South Beach. They offer one free parking spot that is much appreciated. The host was great! Available to us 24/7 and always responsive and kind. Apartment was fully equipped (kitchen and bathroom with hairdryer etc.) and clean- we did not need anything except a full-length mirror, but I believe that will be remedied soon. The shower worked perfectly and had good water pressure. One thing I found impressive was there were no bugs- anywhere! For being FL this was surprising (I mean outside- there shouldn't be bugs inside!).
