Room was beautiful. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was wonderful on a rooftop terrace. Made custom omelettes. Good location walkable to many sites but quiet as it was away from the souks. A short walk to get a taxi and staff helped move our bags. The front desk staff helped you with every need. You need to get a hammam massage. Expensive but worth every penny. A true gem of a place to stay. Only negative was the TV was difficult to navigate. Highly recommended. I would return.

The eggs and coffee on the rooftop were great. The location was convenient inside the Medina.

Very helpful and polite staff. Good location in medina. Airport transfer reliable and affordable- use it because it is difficult to find if you are a first timer in Marrakesh.
