    It was a nice stay. Staff were so nice and cooperative. We asked them for upgrade and they gave us that free of charge. Everything was nice. The only issue i found was that the Deluxe room lower floor is at bad location as in the lobby there is a smell of washroom as the public washroom was on the same lobby. Apart from that everything else was great.

    1- I have given input of total 4 adults at the time of booking and got booking confirmation only for 2 adults and after reaching hotel they charged me *** extra charge for extra 2 adults even though I booked 2 rooms. 2- I Booked room for valley view and class was executive but staff declined to give valley view room by saying that there is no commitment on room allotment and they failed to give justification in between normal and executive class diffrence. I could have booked normal room instead of excutive and if they have clearly mentioned that there is no commitment on room allotment. They are making fraud in simple ways to just looting the money after reaching hotel as traveller will not be having any option once they reach to the hotel. 3- They have alot only one room with balcony and other was completely on blind spot as it just made for sleeping purpose no balcony no fresh air nothing was their in the 2nd room. Extremely disappointed.
