The place was little away from town but all other aspects related to stay was very good. The staff was very friendly and helping and the location of stay was amazing . You can wake up with view of sunrise. And the best part is and main reason why chose this place was it was very pocket friendly. I hope they maintain this pricing and upkeep.
The roads leading to stay could be fixed a bit.

the caretaker service and the food was nice. the location of the villa is nice. the room sizes are quiet big.
the property was not maintained properly exteriors and Interiors, specially the SOFA , Beds, Quilts . It could have been more hygienic.
