Tv didn’t work

It was ok. Certainly fine for a quick overnight on the way thru but a little grimy on the floors and the room overall feel wasn’t really a place to feel comfortable spending any amount of time in. We love mom & pop style roadside inns but a really clean room with nice lighting really does make the difference. A cold bright overhead light and grimy floors says no thank you.

This was a great traveler's hotel. No frills, no fuss. Comfortable and inexpensive. Located in a really cute, yet expensive, town, it was nice to find something affordable along the 5 that provided a good night's sleep. Would stay again.

The room was not bad, bathroom was a lil out dated. Also recommend if it is hot to bring a fan. They do not leave the air conditioner running so you go into a hot room and the AC can not catch up tell it cools down at night. We were there only one night so not sure if the AC will keep it cool once the room cools down.

Dirty everything. Broken bed. Loud noises. Dirty towels.

This small place was reasonable affordable and I loved that it had a refrigerator and microwave. No coffee but we were so close to restaurants.

Beds were clean, but the floors were pretty dirty. Bathroom window did not lock, posing a security issue.

Bed sheets and towels had stains all over. Restroom smelled like urine, restroom window did not lock so it could be opened at any time, little cockroach on the wall. Restroom sink counter was broken on the side next to the toilet. There were two spare toilet paper rolls open on top of the toilet tank and they both were already used which doesn’t make sense. Lamp shade was covered in dust. Front door handle did not work unless you pulled upwards, only the volume button worked on the tv. Staff was nice though. Just not the cleanest.

Good place to stay. Well worth it: good value. They do need an ice machine for the guests.

I kept needing to get my key rekeyed at the front desk due to it constantly finding it’s way near a MagSafe product throughout my stay. The bell was broken so it was slightly frustrating to get a hold of someone at times as someone who doesn’t enjoy knocking hard or at all on people’s doors. Thankfully, there were others who were also staying there who had similar issues and did the knocking and contacting for me when I was having some difficulty. I was under the impression that smoking was okay outside of the rooms but after doing so, there was a new sign put up the very next day requesting otherwise. There was also a new trash can with an ash tray outside so it was a conflicting message, as if the owners were trying to pick and choose who they can discriminate against in enforcing the rule. In other words, they may say it’s okay but later point to the sign to punish you for it later and penalize you monetarily for it. Be wary with this behavior, especially in the bay area which is sadly gaining a strong reputation for scamming and fraud over the last 3 decades. I was not charged and appreciate this greatly. Overall, the building is nice although the floors appeared dusty and irritated my skin. I would probably consider booking here again if it weren’t for the soliciting being done by other guests, which the owners have no control over. In fact, it appears that the owner may live on the property and for safety I would hope that questionable folks would frequent here less.

Unable to check-in after more than 3 hours of driving from Central Valley, traffic and waiting at the EV charging. Arrived at late, but no one was at the counter. Called the number but no answer. I had to book other hotels just to sleep.

I don't know why this motel has all these great reviews, makes you wonder...🤔 Before I get to the bad part, I want to say that the room was clean and the front desk help was nice enough, but there are zero amenities. I couldn't even tell you where the ice machine was. That's fine, it's a cheap motel. What makes me give this bad review is that I did not feel safe. There are permanent residents staying there who were smoking cigarettes outside their room and it smelled. I had to move rooms up towards the street to get away from it. There were other shady characters that made me feel very uncomfortable. There is no second lock on the doors, only the one deadbolt 😧 There is no closet in the room, only a small rack of hooks on the wall. Additionally, the bedspread was black, giving the room a dark feel. It was just really uncomfortable for me overall, the biggest issue being that I just did not feel safe. I was a single traveler, so safety was important. These issues may not bother some, but for me, they were dealbreakers, so I left, I didn't even stay one night. I ended up going to a large motel chain down the street and paid the same price and it was infinitely better. I felt relieved immediately after leaving.

This is a budget hotel and so I'm not inclined to expect more than I paid for. Given that, the condition was still a bit rough and could be cleaner. My biggest complaint though was that I reserved a non-smoking room, but it clearly had smokers as former guests. The smell was palpable as soon as I opened the door and the sheets had also absorbed the smell.

It is an older property but certainly well cared for. Still, there will be minor things. For instance, upon arrival the first room I was given had a problem with the electronic door latch. When I brought it to management's attention I was given a new room immediately. That is the kind of care and customer support that builds repeat customers. I can't wait to stay there again.
