At check8n, was informed that room serviced on 3rd day of stay. When I returned from having been out all day on the 3rd day, no service had taken place. I had to interrupt both front desk personnel who were smoking outside front of building, whilst leaving the desk unattended, to enquire why no servicing had happened. This was attended to subsequently. We were on the floor with the roof terrace which seemed to permanently be a smoke break place for cleaning staff. Manager needs to step up and curtail these unpleasant practices.

Very happy with this hotel and the rooms where large enough for 3 Pax. The house only complaint I have is the shower glass which is visible to the room needs to have a privacy curtain option.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Frankfurt. The rooms were extremely clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience very comfortable.
The location is excellent — situated on a beautiful boulevard and very close to major shopping areas, making it perfect for both leisure and convenience. There is also a great restaurant downstairs offering very good food, which was a big plus.
The only downside might be the price, as it is a bit on the higher side. However, considering the location, cleanliness, and overall quality, it is still quite reasonable.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
