    We booked two rooms for our trip to Hoi An: a spacious family room and a private double bedroom. Both were highly satisfactory throughout our two-day stay. Each room features reliable air conditioning and a large, modern bathroom! As an added bonus, we didn't encounter any mosquitoes or bugs at night at all. The reception and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. While they weren't able to accommodate an early check-in for us despite our long, tiring journey, their hospitality otherwise was lovely. To top it off, Serenity Villa Hotel is ideally located near many hotspots, including restaurants, night markets, laundry shops, and the famous river where the beautiful evening lantern light up with our rented boat and a tour guide. Our biggest challenge was the intense heat wave during our visit in late May 2026. Every day brought plenty of sweat and sunburn! (LOL). Additionally, it could sometimes take a little while to book a Grab or Xanh SM driver, and traffic required some detours once the night market areas closed off the streets—though, of course, that was completely out of the property's control. Enjoy your stay but don't forget your sunscreen!

    We had such a serene stay! We had a beautiful room with a a lovely stone table on the plant filled balcony. Great proximity to the markets and walking distance to everything. So many options for activities and tours and the owners are fantastic at organising transfers etc

    Mình đặt phòng 2 giường với option thanh toán tại khách sạn. 3h chiều mình đến nơi check in thì khách sạn báo là họ ko giữ phòng cho mình vì mình ko thanh toán tiền trước. Cuối cùng họ xếp cho mình phòng nhỏ hơn, và thêm 1 cái nệm nhỏ thay cho phòng 2 giường và không đồng ý giảm giá phòng.
