    Decent hotel with a fantastic rooftop pool which was good for a non all-inclusive hotel. Public beach is 15 mins walking distance away along a major road which was a bit annoying, but overall, a good hotel The rooms seemed new but there were a few places that felt like it wasn't designed very well such as some black specks coming out of the sink. Food at the hotel was pretty good and they also had stations for you to refill your water bottles. Overall, would recommend the hotel for it's price point and value

    Room was large, plush and modern. The staffs from the front desk to the bartender, even the manager, were super friendly. It’s right beside La Isla which has many food options, about 10 minutes walk to the gorgeous Playa Marlin beach. The icing on the cake would definitely be the rooftop bar and its infinity pool with a great view of the city!

    For those not looking to stay in an All inclusive, this hotel was fantastic. The pool on the top floor had a fantastic view and enough shade for us pale, sun adverse folk.

    I booked this hotel more than two months in advance because pool access was clearly advertised and was a key reason for choosing this property. Coming to Cancun, enjoying the sun and pool facilities was an important part of my trip. However, I received no prior notice that the pool would be closed. I was only informed after check-in that it was shut due to a countdown party. Had I known this in advance, I would not have booked this hotel. The front desk offered no solution, no alternative, and no compensation, and only provided a manager’s email when questioned. Their response was dismissive and unhelpful, with no apparent intention to resolve the issue. Basic facility information was also not proactively explained during check-in, including Wi-Fi access and gym usage. There were also hygiene concerns at the welcome drink area, with used cups left unattended and insects present. In addition, the room was noticeably dusty, which further affected the stay. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised and was very disappointing for a branded hotel
