    The room is definitely small, but clean and modern. The best perks was that I got a $35 voucher everyday for the bar and it also had a self serve bar (a mini store of sorts).numerous other guests and I just loaded up on chips, candy bars, Rx bars, chobani and variety of beverages. The staff were super helpful, they knew that you might want to max the voucher so always tell you how much is left and even would say you can grab one or two more items. The other perk is the gym. I was disappointed by the size of the gym at first but then saw the poster that all guests had free day passes to the equinox less than 5 minutes away. I went all three days of my stay. So for someone that's just using the hotel to sleep, the perks was certainly very welcomed and used.

    The property is “high concept” with an Industrial vibe. No carpeting in the room, only a fold up chair and table for furniture. No safe, no fridge, no kettle. Not a comfortable room. There was a window but my “city view” showed only ugly roofs. Check in desk was close (too close) to the bar where very loud (too loud) music plays all the time. The shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. Staff was polite. Location is excellent if you’re exploring on foot.
