My daughter had the breakfast and was not impressed considering the cost. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for safe and secure accommodations and an easy-on and easy-off highway experience. The staff was great.
We needed assistance in initially operating the elevator, but we did appreciate the safety feature. It was not intuitive as to how to ascend. As an elderly person, the shower was great once my daughter instructed me how to turn it on.

Very convenient to downtown Boston
It’s old and things are constantly broken like the elevators, the room locks etc..

Nice aesthetic, good sized bathrooms
Mattress not so comfy, blocked toilets multiple times, confusion about the 25 dollar food and beverage credit
