I had issues with access codes, picking of packages, but i must confess that the hosts really went out of their way to ensure i got my packages, even though i had to keeping on reaching out to have someone open the package room. Would have loved it if the rooms were ensuite.

The bed. Too much bed's bugs. And I was promised to get reimbursed for the first night I missed. I had technical difficulty to access the appartment the first night. I had to rent another hotel and get access to the appartment the next day.
Also, my rental car was cancelled because of the delay of my airplane. I did not get any refunds.
Please, provide me the refunds.
