Hyatus Luxury Residences Boston South Bay Designer Collection

The space was adequate & well appointed. Modern furniture & finishes, comfortable beds were good. Washing & drying facilities were a huge bonus. Communication with the host was spot on

The apartment has a lingering bad odour which is very off- putting. Some things are there in abundance like toothbrushes and face wipes but no cloth in the kitchen ?

Tolle Lage, direkt bei diversen Restaurants. Super Instruktionen schon im Voraus über Check-In-Ablauf, Garageplatz (mit Videos). Nachts sehr ruhig. In der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Duschkopf in Badewanne hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Passt irgendwie nicht zur Qualität der restlichen Zimmer. Eher weiche Betten.

Good location, convernience

clean spacious condo lots of restaurants right outside and a movie theater

two front doormen, one was wonderful and nice but he was at the other building. Ours was incredibly rude. I asked a question he walked away and just pointed, didn’t answer with a word. It was a very cold “executive” feeling not a warm, family friendly place The pool was the size of a matchbox, I never would have brought three teenagers if I had known this The pool table in our building had no equipment for it. The company had absolutely no flexibility. we wanted to pay for an extra parking spot and they wouldn’t let us but there were so many open spots, they were not flexible about changing days or canceling at all like most of the properties in Boston. I would not use them again.
