    Front desk staff was extreme helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Valet staff was exceptionally thoughtful and accommodating with our schedule. Highly recommend!

    Very clean and pleasant hotel; front desk staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Only downside is the non optional valet parking which was almost $90.00 Canadian PER DAY. On top of the forced nature of same, the valets themselves are very money hungry and very much pressured non verbally to tip on top of that. I didn’t and wasn’t impressed. Next time in the city I’ll find another hotel with a much better parking infrastructure.

    I like Aloft from their Bangkok & LA hotels so gave this a try. Location is an issue, almost nothing nearby for shopping or eating, you have to uber everywhere. Also I had a single room on the 6th floor and there was daily mechanical noise morning & night. I've since relocated to another hotel downtown, much happier now.
