Symphony Suites

We had a really nice experience at Symphony Suites. It is a bit far from the cities, but calmer. It does mean you should rent a car, but they are very cheap and useful for getting around the island. The breakfast option was quite good. Georgia was very helpful in providing directions, getting us the rental car within an hour delivered to the hotel, and booking boat cruises.

We absolutely loved our stay at Symphony Suites. The room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our honeymoon. They even surprised us with towel swans shaped into a heart on the bed, which was a beautiful touch. Georgia was wonderful, friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The balcony view was breathtaking and one of our favorite parts of the stay. The property is a little outside of Fira and somewhat secluded. If you want privacy and a peaceful romantic getaway, this is a great choice. However, transportation can get expensive, with rides costing around €40 for every single trip you make. No matter where or how far you trying to go it’s going to be 40€ if you uber or taxi, so we would recommend renting an ATV if you plan to explore the island. Our only disappointment was the hot tub. It was a little dirty during our stay and was not cleaned until the morning of our departure. Since the hot tub is one of the main attractions, that was disappointing. Overall, we would give Symphony Suites 4 out of 5 stars and would still recommend it, especially for couples looking for privacy, beautiful views, and a relaxing stay in Santorini.
