Room and pool facilities were perfect with fantastic views. Location just near bus stop and close to supermarket. Useful in providing us transport to and from airport and ferry port.

Extensive Views of Fira and around from the pool area. Unique artisan style furniture. Very individual. Comfortable bed. Helpful and accommodating staff. We felt very welcome. Good value. The hotel was well placed for the road to Fira. Interesting restaurants along that road. We ate in restaurant 1888. Excellent food and phenomenal sunset views. Pricey but worth it

We had a beautiful suite, so clean and well kept and a lovely design. Beautiful pool area. For the price, especially on Santorini, this place really delivers. Flora is a lovely kind lady who is so helpful and friendly and genuinely wants you to have the best ever stay. Delightful place and such good value!

The place is clean and pretty and with a few small changes, could be good. Some staff friendlier than others.

The property itself is quite pretty, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. One thing we found rather strange was the way breakfast was handled. Rather than asking whether we would like breakfast, we were asked each day what time we wanted breakfast. As this was presented as an assumption rather than an optional extra, and without any discussion of cost, we naturally believed breakfast was included in our rate. It was only at checkout that we discovered it was not included, which made the situation both confusing and somewhat misleading. The breakfast itself was extremely limited for the price charged. We were given two slices of white bread, one boiled egg per person, a small glass of juice, a small coffee and a small piece of cake. My 20-year-old son was still hungry afterwards. The portions felt unnecessarily restricted and did not represent good value. On arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded free of charge. However, we had already paid for a superior room, so this felt misleading rather than generous. The room was pleasant enough, but there were several practical issues. The toilet did not flush on the first day, which was a significant problem, although it was eventually repaired. There was also no bin in the room for general rubbish. When we asked for one, we were told to use the small bathroom bin. Anyone familiar with Greece will understand that bathroom bins are typically used for toilet paper, so it seemed unreasonable to expect guests to use the same bin for general waste. A separate bin was eventually provided, but it was surprising that we had to request one. The daughter was helpful when arranging taxis and assisting with practical matters. However, the overall impression throughout our stay was one of excessive cost-cutting and
