    Remains the best hotel I have lodged in while visiting Olomouc. Price is great. It is clean. Staff are great

    The has no reception. To check-in you need to use a “kiosk” that requires reservation number that you only get if you book the hotel directly. If you use booking portals, their reservation number doesn’t work. You have to visit a hotel across the street to check-in in person or call them to get the right reservation number. In any case the kiost requires that all guests (or at least their IDs) are present at the check-in. Other than that, the hotel is nice and clean. Very good price:value. I surely recommend :)
