Smarthotel Nezvalova Archa

Nice, clean air conditioned room. Close to railway station. Quiet street. Lots of products available for breakfast, hard boiled eggs available. Quite good and serviceable. The negative comments are just details.

No bedlamp. The small reading light was inconvenient and also not working. Coffee at breakfast did not taste good and had no coffee effect. Missing a good bread knife at breakfast to split rolls. The checkin with the SMS was a little bit fiddly. The place felt anonymous with the SMS checking..

it has air con Lift, so useful for carrying suitcases. The bathroom was good, but the lighting was limited, so not good for makeup application There were drinks etc to purchase on the card.

Beds were tiny; I am not used ot tiny beds (single standard) and was worried about falling off them at night. As they are high and have sharp edges, anyone over sixty may have problems. Breakfast was extremely limited: just bread, ham, and cheese There was no staff at all, so when we arrived, we had to do everything ourselves, like checking in.

Modern with big room that included mini-kitchenette (fridge, sink, dishes, hot plate, kettle). They also had a free breakfast for guests that had enough variety for all tastes. I was happy for that because I just need fuel for the day (like coffee, bread, cheese, yogurt)- I am not picky about eating a gourmet breakfast. We rented bikes from the hotel for less than 200CZK for the day to explore outside of the city, so that was a bonus. The hotel is walking distance to everything in the city. I believe it was a 20 min walk from the train station too. Overall this was a great choice and I would stay again.

It is a “Smart” hotel meaning you just need a code to get access to the lobby. There you will find the keycards to your room. You get notified via email or SMS with the code. So if you do not have international data on your phone (only using WiFi), you will have to get this info first to make sure you can gain access. It was no problem at all,and a very convenient set-up, but just want people to be aware. It was not a negative, but just a fact. I loved this hotel!!

The structure and the building is well kept, as well as the room which was modern and nice. It was very easy to reach the place from the main train station and well connected with the rest of the city. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

The room was cold as there were no heating and the only way to warm up the room was the air-conditioner, which was partially broken. The bed sheets weren't changed and probably still from the previous guest as there were hair on it. The breakfast had only few choices, and some of the products available (like the butter) were also expired.
