    Good hotel in Kochi.Located in edapally.walkable distance to nearby temple and church.Overall good service with superb breakfast.

    Rooms are full of ants. Smaller than they show. Wifi was patchy and hot water was also patchy. Tv is just for show and not working, unfortunately for me it was the same night india won the t20 world cup 2026 . The pictures look way better than the actual room. It was a weird experience. They first took our luggage upstairs and then made us wait by the reception. Once the luggage was in, then only let us go upstairs to the room and it was stinking of floor cleaner phenol. When we are going outside they are asking for the key card and they keep it with them. Whenever I removed the key card its alarm would go off. They had better AC at the reception than in the room, their tv was working fine so that the reception person can keep watching but we as guests cant see in the room. I just stayed there one night and it was a horrible experience.

    Location and Staff are good, Room was small size even though We selected triple room. There was dust in the wooden panel and having fungal smell. We later found nearby hotels with good rooms in cheaper rate
