    Happened to stay at this property for just one day. Rooms were clean and value for money stay

    The night-shift receptionist completely ruined our last impression. Despite getting prior approval from the day-shift receptionist, he rudely refused our request and asked my wife to change in the dirty, unhygienic staff/common washroom. Even after multiple requests, his attitude remained arrogant and completely unprofessional. Along with him, housekeeping staff from North East had an unprofessional behaviour with us

    Overall, it was a good stay. The room and the property were pleasant, and one of the receptionists (the slightly healthy gentleman) was polite and helpful. However, our experience was spoiled by another receptionist who was on the night shift. Unfortunately, he had no sense of how to speak respectfully, especially to women. His attitude came across as if he was the owner of the property rather than someone providing customer service. We also had a disappointing experience with one of the night-shift housekeeping staff, who would laugh whenever we asked for something instead of responding professionally. The stay itself was good, but the management should seriously work on improving the professionalism and behavior of the night-shift staff.
