Nice facilities and clean, they had a nice bar and coffee place. The rooms were clean and nice, more on the lush side. The restaurant staff were nice and looked after you and made sure you were taken care of
(1)Staff were so difficult to communicate, I ordered water from room service and waited for 30minutes and no one showed up, I phoned again and the room service was talking to me aggressively and saying there is no liquor available, although I just wanted water…
(2) The air-condition was soo loud and noisy that made it super difficult to fall asleep
