    Everything went smoothly and everyone working at the hotel were very attentive, helpful, and polite. From check-in to options for breakfast, booking tours and helping find places to go around, and helping with the free-use bikes, all of it went smoothly.

    If you want a full on personalised service — stay here! Pros: 1. Hanna! 💗 You’ll love her, she made our stay so much comfortable! She assisted us with our question regarding the province too. Very caring, professional, and responsive at all times. Even Iris, she’s a darling! And the older lady who took care of us when we had to eat late night, plus the chef! Wow! 2. Food! 🍲 Love love love! The quality and the portions are unbeatable! We loved the spring roll, beef noodles, chicken, all. 3. Location ⛰️ just the best, 7min walk to Hang Mua. Away from the buzz of Tam Coc. Around spas, restaurants and bars too. 4. Beddings 😴 big beds, comfy pillows, but could improve on the blanket since no duvet. Cons: 1. Massage — could be improved by the temp of the room, add relaxing music, and the oil used. 2. The washroom — lighting, and had a dead cockroach that scared me! The rest are okay though. Overall, amazing stay! We’d love to come back and it’ll be the best to see improvement 💕💕💕 Thank you, to your amazing team for our amazing stay! With love, Mamim, Lovi, Mari

    The hotel is away from the main town and close to Hang Mua which has been ideal for those looking for something quieter. You can borrow bikes for free to ride 15 min into town or take a cheap grab. The staff is friendly, breakfast is good, and the rooms are spacious and clean.
