View from the terrace, location, spacious for 2-4 people. (for 8 possible but then not spacious anymore).

Read the instructions on how to collect keys - they are clear. We didnt, so we roamed around for almost 20 minutes (this is however our fault). The access to the apt. is not suitable for people with disabilities or people with movement limitations. I loved the spiral staircase which finally rewarded me with a morning view all over the valley.

Didn't have one

You should be allowed to acces the SPA even thought you ar staying at the villas.

Big rooms, warm rooms. Two toilets and showers. Well equipped kitchen. Relatively close to the Cavnic slopes. Ample parking on site.

We arrived late (1am in the morning). The key was kept at the hotel reception as promised. No issues getting it. However as the apartment was in a different location close to the villas, there was no one available to show us the apartment location. Spent a good 30 minutes walking around the villas until I finally found the entrance to the apartment which was a little secluded. Maybe some written and graphical instructions would have helped. Spiral staircase to get to the apartment makes it difficult with big luggage.

Clean

Air con did not work, hair dryer didn’t work. Blankets not big enough for the bed.
