The hotel staff was friendly & helpful, but from there, things go downhill. Overall, our room was rather disappointing, & the general maintenance of the facility needed help. For instance, we often saw that the hallways went unvacuumed; bits of kleenex & lint remained in the same spot for 2-3 days. Our room also needed maintenance. The rolling chair at the desk had stained & worn upholstery; the bathroom floor (wood laminate - who puts wood laminate in a bathroom anyways!? Bathrooms should always be tiled) was coming up from the floor in many places & the paint in the bathroom was peeling & stained. Also, the cafe table in the room was too high; it didn't go with the seating area, so we had to sit on pillows to eat or write (& we are not short people). It was also very disappointing that there was absolutely nothing to eat with (no cups, plates, silverware; no cookware; not even a water boiler for tea!). They bill this as an extended stay, & there was a fridge, two-burner stove & microwave, but we ended up having to buy our own plasticware so we could at least have breakfast there. Anyone who wants to stay here should be aware of this. In short, it was disappointing & we probably wouldn't stay here again.
