there is a GREAT guy who greeted us at breakfast named Michael. fabulous ambassador for the hotel and the normal helpful buy expressionless staff. Michael if THE GUY who brings a personality to the Embassy Suites GR. As someone who has traveled around the world 3M Delta miles...we need more Michaels in out lives that engage customers and make the post Covid septic experience, personal and connected. Dr. Daul.
