    The hotel was incredible. The only complain I had was that there weren’t any usb plugs in the room. Otherwise it was an exceptional experience

    Every part of the stay exceeded our expectations. The unloading area is not marked making it difficult where to unload. The head of Valet had a brass attitude rushing us out of the area when I requested self parking info.

    Indulged in a higher end hotel and felt like royalty. Beautiful, easy access to downtown with the skywalk and a room with an amazing view of the river that we weren’t expecting was the best treat!

    For that you pay for you do not get anything. The walls are paper thin you can her anything, nothing sounds proof. The toothbrush they gave us not even dollar store quality. The staff where the breakfast place looks miserable like they hate their job. Except for a guy with curly hair. He was nice. When we check out we told them we are not satisfied, the did not care. They are all so unhappy and hate their job. I expect for paying almost *** a night
