Our stay at Liv Hotel was good, the staff is amazing and friendly, the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, the omlette is good, but other than that pretty small selection. The weed smell on 4th floor was pretty bad, even got in our room... Also, there was a gap at the balcony door, which is not good specialy because of mosquitoes here, but that can be fixed in 2 minutes. The stuff is friendly, rooms are nice and big, the drink selection at the bar is good also :)

The only good thing about this hotel is its excellent beachfront location. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room was not clean, and the furniture was old and worn out. However, the most frustrating part of my stay happened during check-out. At only 12:15 PM, the hotel manager and a security guard entered my room and packed my belongings without my permission. This was completely unacceptable and a serious violation of my privacy. Instead of entering my room, they could have simply called my mobile phone or sent me an email if they needed me to check out. This was a very unprofessional experience that ruined my stay. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

This place looks way better in the photos. I stayed at a Liv propert in Bali and it was much nicer. The room is nice. Pretty clean. AC wasnt working when we got there but the staff was very attentive and got it fixed for us. Pool is small and the hotel pretty much fits the area. Is more like a spring break type of vibe in this town. If your looking for a more upscale stay this isn't the place. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was meh, nothing special take it if its free but I wouldn't pay for it.
