    My only complaint, as many reviews have stated...No WIFI. Really the only place around with no WIFI...

    The pool was under going maintenance when we visited The massage inside the hotel was just awesome Breakfast had a decent spread Rooms are clean but a little beaten down

    Straight across from the ocean. 12min walk to night time fun, OTOP Easy beach access points with crosswalk if you spot a resturant walking on the beach... I did not eat at the breakfast buffet.. Looked typical as I walked by. AC blows cold. Elevator is helpful at the end of the night!!

    All the staff and especially the receptionists are uncooperative. During the entire stay at the resort (5 nights), I did not see any of the staff smiling. When you return to the resort and ask for the room key, the receptionist gives you the key while sitting on the chair and does not even extend his hand to give you the key. When you book through Agoda, especially for several nights, they will give you a room that needs maintenance with the lowest levels of service because the payment process has been completed. The bathroom had a water leak when you take a shower and you cannot use the sink because this type of sink is not suitable for use. As for the swimming pool, it is very bad. I spent about 15 minutes in it or less. After that, I had severe pain and redness in my eyes for two days. To be honest, there is one nice thing, which is that there is an umbrella in the room that you can use for free when going out in the rain. Thank you
