The management team was very quick to respond and correct a booking error made either by us or something with the Expedia site (we thought we booked the family room, but the room full of bunk beds was reserved). We reached out to them upon arrival with the issue. We were very fortunate that they had an extra room to put our family in. The room was clean, had strong A/C, and a perfect layout for us. It only about a 3-5 minute drive to downtown for food and shopping. Overall, we were extremely impressed by the customer service and quality of our stay; we'll be sure to stay here again the next time we are passing through Mount Shasta.

As there is no front desk on the premises, kindly ensure that you complete your check-in and check-out procedures while you have access to cellular service or a Wi-Fi connection. Aside from this, the stay was satisfactory.

Called the office to tell them we would be arriving late in the evening. He texted us the room number and the door code so we could go straight to our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Texted them back to tell them we had the dog, but they didn't respond. Had an appointment in town & left at 9:30 am. Came back, to pay for dog, but the maintenance guy said no one was on site & to call them. I did and they charged me $254+tax...27 something. The only drawback was the parking, we have a 1992 Ford F250 longed extended cab so finding space is a little difficult. There just wasn't any parking in front of our room and I had my computer and paper work so it was a little difficult to unpack everything and pack it back up for a one night stay.
