Evergreen Lodge

The staff quickly addressed my requests with kindness and care. I never felt that I was imposing upon them. The room was clean and attractive. The air conditioning and heat work beautifully. The location was convenient and in town. Thank you.

The location was convenient but very noisy during the early morning. However, the windows and room were sound proof as long as you didn't open the window. I like to sleep and keep the window open a bit. Slept well but was awoken early.

More roomy than expected. Excellent customer service. Great location. Best value in Mt Shasta city. Would stay again

ALL GOOOD

The owners were excellent: they were so helpful because I had my son hospitalized due to a fall after getting to the Shasta Summit: they were most accommodating rather than trying to take advantage of our vulnerability. Their kindness filled our heart. Their compassion and understanding made our short stay a very pleasant one so when I am able to go for mountaineering definitely I will stay here and recommend others to take their service. Beautiful hospitable couple running the inn. God bless. Mercy Hospital attendant actually referred them to us and even texted them to help us. So they let us check in early since we were in the emergency all night long after our stressful moments and 6 hours drive to come to our injured son.

Right now cannot think of any!! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
