Everything was perfect, the bed was super comfortable, big shower with hot water, every day different activity at the bar and the most important -all the staff is super nice, attentive and friendly, especially Emily from the customer care.
Will be glad to come back again in the future.

I had an excellent stay at The Sapphire. The service and hospitality were outstanding. My room was comfortable and the food was very good. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Sam at the front door and Brenda at the front desk were especially helpful in addressing my queries. Overall, I highly recommend The Sapphire to anyone looking for a quality stay and genuine hospitality.

The photos don’t do the rooms justice. Very comfortable and spacious. The staff are all very attentive and hospitable! Food at the restaurant was also lovely. AC is good and strong in the rooms to cool you down after a day in the Mombasa heat. Well above and beyond expectations for the price.
