Super nice place to stay! We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Mombassa … a big thank you to the staff for the great service!

If you’re looking for a solid hotel in the middle of Mombasa Island, this one is a good choice and I’m glad I picked it. (If you’re looking for absolute peace and quiet, you probably shouldn’t be looking in the middle of town.) Staff were all very friendly and overly-helpful. The restaurant had entertainment both nights I was there. If you’re coming in on the SGR train, and transferring to the local train, this hotel is right near the train station in the middle of town (note: the SGR does not go to the middle of town - you have to transfer at the SGR terminus to the local train). Food was good, room worked well, hot water could take a few minutes in the shower. Be prepared for prayer calls in the early morning from nearby mosques (you can hear them pretty much everywhere in town) - if you’re not prepared for them, it can be a little bit of a shocking wake up. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean - some of the pillows were really flat, others were decent. Towels were huge and soft! Overall, would I stay here again if in Mombasa? Yes.

Everything was perfect, the bed was super comfortable, big shower with hot water, every day different activity at the bar and the most important -all the staff is super nice, attentive and friendly, especially Emily from the customer care. Will be glad to come back again in the future.

The room provided a peaceful and comfortable environment, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep after a busy day. The attention to cleanliness, comfort, and detail was exceptional. The hotel’s spa was another highlight of my stay. It provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with excellent treatments and professional service that helped me unwind and rejuvenate. The spa experience complemented the overall comfort of the hotel and made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with genuine kindness and professionalism. Their friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help with any request made me feel valued and well cared for throughout my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, excellent hospitality, a relaxing spa experience, and beautiful views of Mombasa town. I would gladly return for another stay in the future.
