The location was perfect. The staff specially Fatma and Shunny were exceptional. They were responsive, friendly and always there to help.
The wifi was fast and stable the first two days but it became unstable the following days.
Rooms were cleaned every day and beddings were changed every day.
The wifi became unstable and a bit slow the last two days.
The breakfast buffet was ok and could be bettered with a bit of variety.

Location
Bathroom was poor. There is no counter space around the wash sinks for guests to place items such as wash bags, toothbrushes, etc.
Security staff very unprofessional. Unfriendly and unreasonable. They need training so that they can be welcoming and professional without compromising security.
