The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel pool was very nice on the roof, with loungers and cabanas. Interesting old building.
The hotel website said the room had mosquito nets, but there were none, the TV had no channels, the view was described as city, but our room looked out over the back of the hotel. The shower flooded the bathroom floor, as the shower curtain was not long enough.

It lays in the city center of Mombasa . And they have a great mushrooms cream soup
The staff could speak more English.

It is in a good location, the room size was good, balcony was lovely and tea and coffee station was adequate and there was also a mini fridge in the room
It is very dated, there were no pillow protectors on the bed, the towels were quite old. There are two armchairs in the room but both were very grubby.

The location was exactly what we wanted, the room was very nice and clean, but the shower was very poor. The staff were really nice.
The food unfortunately was very poor, we asked for meals that were on the menu, but we were told not available. The actual quality of the food presented was well below the acceptable standard and let the whole experience of staying at the hotel down.
