    Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the breakfast was good. It would be even better if an egg station could be provided. Overall, everything was satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay.

    Had 3 nights at the Royale Chenang, chose it because of the convenient location and budget. The room was quite dark, room was garden view and had limited natural lighting. Honestly, the worst part was the room door (gap affecting noise control). At night, there was either a water pump sound from outside and also from the roof (I was on the 2nd floor). Did not have a good night's sleep and glad that I had full day time activities instead of being in the room only. TV is basically static with local channels only. Too bad the large pool in their marketing photo is literally 2-feet deep, just for kids I believe. Breakfast is local, you can skip it if you're not able to wake up for it. Food is pretty limited by 9am.

    So far all services and facilities provided is satisfied, however, this resort very noisy..not sure what sound it is..

    the rooms definitely need to be aired out. During my first stay, I assumed I had simply been assigned a room with a moldy smell. Unfortunately, during my second stay, I experienced the same issue in a different room. The odor was strong enough that I had to purchase an air freshener from a nearby store just to make the room more comfortable. Aside from this, the overall experience was pleasant, but I hope management can address the issue as it significantly impacts the guest experience.
